Cycling: Three times silver for the BDR at the mountainbike WC
At the mountainbike world championships in Lenzerheide (Switzerland) the German Cyclists´ Federation scored three silver medals: For junior Leon Kaiser as for the team men and the team women with a strong performance of FitLine user Elisabeth Brandau.
Motorsport: First vicory of the season for Timo Bernhard at the ADAC GT Masters
In the first race of the ADAC GT Masters on the Sachsenring Timo Bernhard and Kévin Estre were pleased with the first pole position and the first victory of the season.
Cycling: Enrico Zen wins cycling marathon Granfondo Top Dolomiti
Enrico Zen wins in a superior matter and with a clear edge of more than one minute the Top Dolomiti Granfondo cycling marathon Madonna di Campiglio in Italy. In 1:18:38 he successfully stood up against 130 competitors. The course leads over 135 kilometers and two alpine passes towards the Lake Garda (Italy).
Extreme sport: Achim Heukemes successful at the Lake Run
After 21 kilometers through the mud and about 50 obstacles at this OCR the 66-year old extreme athlete Achim Heukemes gains the EC qualification as well with a brilliant time of 2:34 hours .
