Ice Hockey: German Youngster cheer their victory at Four Nations Tournament

Two German junior national teams cheer their victories at Four Nation Tournaments. The U20 national team beats all opponents (Norway, Switzerland, Slovakia) at the tournament in Deggendorf. The national team U17 wins also all of three matches against Slovakia, France and Switzerland and gains the tournament title.

Eisschnellauf: Nico Ihle is German Champion

Nico Ihle is German Champion again about the 500m distance. For the 6th times in a row and for the 13th in total he managed to get the title. Great season opening and the ticket to the first World Cup in this season, beginning in Japan.


Squash: Simon Rösner wins second place at the Katar Open

In the finals of the world ranking tournament "Katar Open" squash ace Simon Rösner surrenders against his opponent Ali Farag. He lost his match with 9:11, 7:11 und 5:11 against the 26 year old from Cairo. The 30 year old German prevailed in five duels from eight.

Motor sport: Marvin Dienst wins the last race of the ELMS

With a victory Marvin Dienst and his team finishes in the Porsche 911 RSR the sports car series "European Le Mans Series" (ELMS). At the season finals 4,692 km had to be mastered at Portimao in the Portugese Algarve.
