PM-International AG expanded its Headquarters Americas in Sarasota, FL with a service center and a second warehouse. Founded in 1993, the company develops and distributes high-quality nutritional products for health, fitness and beauty through its own FitLine® brand.

The PM-International Headquarters Americas is responsible for the administration and supply chain management in the US, Canada, Chile and Mexico, as well as supporting the company’s further expansion into Central and South America. In 2021, PM-International invests around $1 million in a second administration building with additional 3,500 sq feet, as well as its ‘Warehouse 2’ with additional sq 7,000 feet of warehouse space.

Last year, PM-International has been granted Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification for its Headquarters Americas, including a new fulfillment center. This certification assures that the PM-International Headquarters Americas complies with the internationally recognized GMP requirements for manufacturing, packaging, labelling, and handling dietary supplements.

With the opening of the Americas Headquarters in 2018, 8 new jobs were created. Meanwhile,
PM-International employs 35 people in the US. “As our turnover almost doubled in the US last year and seeing the growing demand for our products in the Americas, we already anticipate increasing capacities and plan to fill another 7 positions by the end of 2021,” says PM-International CEO & Founder Rolf Sorg.

To support this development, the company has big plans to strengthen its presence in the Americas. In summer, PM-International’s North Branch offices in Pittsburgh, PL will move into new facilities, and the company plans to open another office for the West region within the next 12 months, as sales numbers are increasing steadily. In addition, there are fully operative subsidiaries in Canada, Chile and Mexico. Rolf Sorg underlines that this is part of PM’s expansion strategy: “As a family-owned business, we value a strong local presence. For us, our premium approach implies offering a local service and maintaining a personal contact with our customers and partners. Direct sales, after all, thrives from human interaction.”

Ranking 10th in the 2021 “Direct Selling News Global 100” industry ranking and recently receiving the Bravo International Growth Award for the fastest growing company in this ranking, PM-International is among the global leaders within its industry. Rolf Sorg sees a lot of potential in this: “As a globally active company and US employer, our purpose is to offer people a real perspective and a stable income opportunity.”
