For immediate employment, we are looking for a flexible, reliable, and dedicated Public Relations Specialist who will support our Communication team in our International Headquarters in Luxembourg

What are your responsibilities?

• Serve as the first contact person for all media queries
• Writing press releases and answer media inquiries confidently
• Develop and execute global PR strategies and campaigns and manage relationships with media companies in Luxembourg
• Participate in the press and public relations campaigns and events in Luxembourg and other countries we operate in.
• Identify, pursue, and secure promising media opportunities and manage media lists and contact databases.
• Actively involved in valuating and establishing an international public relations strategy and plan
• Engage with marketing department to ensure that PR campaigns align with strategic goals, growth plans, and new-business opportunities.
• Help establish strategies for damage containment in crisis situations.

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
• Experience in an international business environment and in cooperating with multiple departments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• 3-5 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications
• Ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relations
• Flexible and willing to travel on occasional events
• Good understanding of market and trends in food supplements and cosmetics is considered an asset
• You have excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken. German and/or Scandinavian languages are an advantage.
